The office intervenes at the pre-dispute stage in reviewing and drafting arbitration clauses in commercial contracts, and during proceedings in managing the arbitral procedure and representing its clients before the arbitral tribunal. It also assists clients with the formalities relating to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
The office’s arbitration practice is grounded in a dual perspective: that of counsel before the arbitral tribunal, and that drawn from Brahim Boujid’s experience as president of arbitral tribunals, particularly in commercial disputes.
