As a graduate of the Faculty of Law, he has been a member of the Agadir Bar since 1985, when he began a career defined by unwavering commitment. What sets this career apart is not merely its length, but the consistency of purpose and the deep sense of professional duty that have guided it from the outset.
Brahim Boujid has always held that an attorney’s role is to stand by the client at every stage of a case. It is on this belief that he built his firm, placing analytical rigor and thorough command of legal procedures at the heart of his practice, whether in legal counsel, drafting of contracts and legal documents, or litigation follow-up.
Working alongside his team, Boujid ensures that every file is handled with care and continuity, and that each client finds in the firm a genuine listener who understands their situation.
To this hands-on experience is added his role as president of arbitral tribunals in commercial disputes, a dimension that broadens his legal profile beyond the courtroom and into the field of alternative dispute resolution.
Basma Boujid is an associate attorney at the firm. Trained between Morocco and France, she holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Business Law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, complemented by a specialized Master’s in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from the Université Nice Côte d’Azur, a background that directly informs her practice in both business law and intellectual property.
She found early on in intellectual property law a field where her legal convictions and her deep passion for creativity in all its forms naturally converge, at the intersection of innovation, artistic creation, and economic exchange.
She practices in French, Arabic, and English, enabling her to advise clients operating across diverse legal and cultural environments.
